Coaching fees vary depending on the type of coaching that is chosen to best suit your circumstances. The following packages and costs will hopefully give you an indication of what you will be charged, however, I am happy to discuss individual needs as necessary and can tailor coaching packages to suit individuals or groups. Small Business/Business StartUp Coaching:

If you are looking to improve your current small business or you are looking to start a new one I can coach you through the entire process. In regard to current business this coaching can cover any area from innovative new ideas or how to reach your market right through to re-motivating and re-designing your vision. This not only can inspire you to new heights in your business but will also hopefully improve your bottom line too! If it is a new business you are dreaming of then I can help you strategically make your dream a reality. I am an entreprenerial, creative business owner and have a great deal of clients who work with me to share their business ideas and use the coaching process to put a workable successful plan in place. Personal Coaching:

Personal Coaching can cover a variety of areas depending on my clients wishes and needs. These areas can include career, business, health/fitness, confidence, lifestyle, life/work balance or indeed any area that an achievement or change is desired., If you choose to take me on as your Personal Life Coach our sessions will take place face to face. A coaching series is based on 12 sessions and therefore a minimum commitment of 12 sessions is required. Each session is 1 hour in duration except for the first session which will take approximately 90 minutes. I recommend meeting weekly for at least the first 4 sessions. After which this can be reviewed as to whether the appointments stay weekly or go to fortnightly. I offer a free follow up session 13 which can be taken up to 6 weeks after session 12 has been completed.

Per 4 sessions = $650 (paid in advance at session 1, 5 & 9)
12 sessions paid full in advance = $1800 (saving of $150)
MAPP assessment (details below) add on for clients = $150
Further Coaching = $150 per 1 hour session or $550 per 4 sessions (for clients who have completed a series)
Single one off brainstorming session = $200 (for clients who have not completed a series - conditions apply)

Career Coaching Package:

Do you want to reach your greatest career and personal potential? Many clients come to me looking for guidance in the area of their career or vocation. I offer a fantastic opportunity where you can take an online MAPP™ (Motivational Appraisal of Personal Potential) assessment which will provide insight into your own traits and can be used to guide you into vocations and careers which best fit your own motivational profile. Once you have completed your MAPP assessment you will receive a 30 page report that will reveal your true motivations, your top vocational areas, learning styles and your work preferences. We will then work together going through this report and identify ways to best move you forward to making the most of your potential and motivations. Price for 6 sessions (including MAPP assessment valued at $235): $1150.

I have personally taken the MAPP assessment and was amazed at the accuracy and detail of the information given, I believe it to be one of the most powerful profiles on the market.

Couples Coaching Package:

Designed for couples who wish to plan, dream and goal set for their future. Often couples find that they want to plan some life or business goals together but find it a challenge getting off first base and making their dreams a reality. This package is aimed at bringing both your ideas and dreams together and formulating your future plan with lots of brainstorming, exploring and of course fun! Looking to better understand and appreciate individuality within your relationship whilst maintaining a strong team? Do you wish to encourage and nuture growth within your relationship? Want to enhance communcation and foster creativity?
Designed to run for 5 sessions over a 6 week period (week 5 has no coaching) with a total of 6½ hrs of coaching time. Consists of 3 joint sessions and one session for each individual. These sessions offer: structure & strategies to assist you plan and clarify your future goals, a neutral sounding board, concentrated/focussed time on what you both want to achieve with no distractions, tools and techniques that will get you thinking "outside" of the square, a chance to discover and align with your own personal values and understand your partners, the opportunity to capitilise on both of your strengths and identify who should "champion" what. These sessions will be enlightening and fun! Price for 5 session package $950.

Workshops:

I offer one day "Design Your Life" Workshop or customised workshops on various topics ranging from life/work balance to achieving goals and understanding values. These workshops represent excellent value and is the next best thing to taking on your own personal coach. It is highly recommended for those, who due to budget or time, have not been able to take on their own coach and for companies or groups who wish to learn some of the coaching tools and techniques. I will be scheduling various dates throughout the year or can arrange to run them on demand for groups.. Team Coaching:

I have been professionally trained as a Team Coach and can offer this type of coaching to any company or business that have formed teams of any type. Having been a team member, a team leader and a manger of teams at various times throughout my career, along with my expert coaching knowledge, I can coach your team to become stronger, more co-hesive and therefore more efficient.
